People. Purpose. Precision.

Built to help the People who help Patients - and through them, the World.

KastHunt was founded on one belief - that the quality of technology built around clinical care determines the quality of care itself. We build precision products and deliver them with structured accountability. This is who we are, how we think, and why we built it this way.

One owner.
One outcome.

  • 01One owner per engagement
  • 02Success defined before work begins
  • 03Clinical credibility on every build
Company Story

How KastHunt began

"The industry does not have a technology problem. It has an accountability problem. And accountability cannot be distributed across three agencies and a project manager. It has to live in one person."

Kamna Singh Thakur, CEO & Founder

Some people choose healthcare.
She grew up in it.

After-school hours at her mother's clinic. Nursing classes. Watching diagnosis happen in real time. Watching what happens when the technology built around clinical care fails the people depending on it.

That early education - and her mother Leela's 40 years of frontline clinical experience - became the standard everything at KastHunt is built to.

Kamna Singh Thakur spent nine years in healthcare technology after that: business development, account management, and digital transformation across different organisations, geographies, and budgets.

The same failure, every time. Projects started with energy and good intentions. Multiple agencies were commissioned. A project manager was hired to coordinate them. Months passed. The client saw nothing working until final delivery - by which point the misalignments were expensive, the timeline was gone, and the trust was gone with it.

Nobody accountable. Not one person. In healthcare, where clinical workflows and patient safety sit behind every technology decision, that gap is not just commercially damaging. It is dangerous.

She built KastHunt in 2025 to close it: one owner per engagement, success metrics defined before work begins, and clinical credibility on every build.

Our Approach

Nine principles. Every engagement. No exceptions.

How We Think. How We Build. How We Deliver. We do not operate as a vendor who delivers and disappears. We stay until the outcome is real - and predictably so.

01

How We Think

Clarity Before Code

Define sharply before you build.

Before a line of code is written, we surface the real problem - not the symptom, not the assumption. Vague briefs get sent back with specific questions.

Why this matters: The most expensive mistake is building the wrong thing with precision.

Outcome-Driven Thinking

Measure what matters, not what is easy.

We do not measure effort - hours logged, features shipped, or slides made. Every engagement begins with a specific, measurable definition of success.

Why this matters: A delivered project that creates no real value is not a success.

Curiosity and Problem Hunting

Ask better questions. Find better answers.

We never accept the first answer or "that is how it is done." We read, research, experiment, and bring what we learn back to every client conversation.

Why this matters: The only way to build the right solution for healthcare is to be genuinely curious about it.

02

How We Build

Structured Execution

Process protects outcomes.

Every project has a named SPOC, a clear scope, a weekly cadence, and a defined definition of done. We do not improvise our way through delivery.

Why this matters: Good work is only valuable when it is repeatable and predictable.

Speed With Purpose

Fast and intentional - never reckless.

We move fast because we are prepared, not because we are cutting corners. Decisions are made with the best available information - not perfect information.

Why this matters: In healthcare, every delay costs the client and every shortcut creates risk.

Build for Scale

Every decision should survive 100x growth.

We build systems, not workarounds - code the next engineer can read and processes that work with five clients and still work with five hundred.

Why this matters: Short-term convenience always becomes long-term debt, paid at the worst possible time.

03

How We Deliver

Partnership Over Projects

Relationships outlast deliverables.

We own problems alongside our clients - not just during smooth phases. We share what clients need to know even when they have not asked.

Why this matters: The SPOC model only works when everyone operates as a genuine partner.

Integrity Above All

Honesty, always - especially when it costs us.

We tell the truth when we make mistakes, renegotiate openly rather than quietly drop commitments, and never misrepresent our capabilities to close a deal.

Why this matters: Our clients trust us with patient data and clinical systems. That trust, once lost, is gone.

Customer First, Always

Their success is our only measure.

Every decision - in code, design, delivery, or a sales call - traces back to one question: does this genuinely serve our customer's world?

Why this matters: Customer trust is our most valuable asset and we protect it in every interaction, at every level.

Our Vision and Mission

The four things we never compromise on.

Not principles written for a website - commitments that govern every engagement, sprint, and decision.

01
How We Think

A world where size, geography, and budget do not determine access to strategic thinking.

Every organisation trying to deliver real value to the people they serve deserves clarity before commitment, structure before code, and the kind of rigour that has historically been reserved for those who could afford it. KastHunt exists to make that universal.

02
How We Build

Clarity before every decision. Structure behind every delivery.

We redefine how digital products are built - not by moving faster than everyone else, but by refusing to move until the problem is properly understood. Every build begins with a defined outcome. Every sprint ends with something working. Nothing leaves our team that has not already survived the toughest review in the room.

03
How We Deliver

Built to last. Built for 100x. Built from the very first sprint.

We create systems designed to grow - not products that work at launch and collapse under scale. Structured thinking, disciplined execution, and the foresight to build for where your organisation is going, not just where it is today.

04
Why We Exist

To close the gap between ambition and delivery - one engagement at a time.

We help founders and business owners launch and grow by bringing clarity before code, structure to execution, and strategy to every build. AI-native products are delivered with the precision, accountability, and domain credibility that demanding industries require. The industry loses 70% of projects to broken processes and fragmented ownership. KastHunt is built structurally to bring that below 27%. One engagement. One sprint. One accountable SPOC at a time.

We built KastHunt to change how healthcare technology gets delivered.

If that matters to you - as a potential client, a partner, or someone who wants to be part of the team - we would genuinely like to talk.
